Dino games stampeding into stores

Game stores have started receiving copies of Dinosaur World and Rawr 'n Write!

Game stores nationwide are now able to stock Dinosaur World and Dinosaur Island: Rawr 'n Write!

Dinosaur World

Now that the scientific triumph of Dinosaur cloning is public knowledge, competition is hot and new parks spring up regularly. Though many of these amateurs are opening their gates before everything has been safety-tested, there’s no shortage of patrons eager to be entertained by extinct behemoths!

As with any form of entertainment, triumph is often accompanied by tragedy - which is why your investors demand that you take every precaution (and ensure every visitor signs the safety waiver) before you show them the wonders of Dinosaur World!

Each round, you’ll draft a group of Workers from the Worker Database to run your park for a full season. Then you’ll divide up those Workers to take on the various tasks of building and running your Park - gathering ancient DNA, cloning new Dinos, buying new attractions, and keeping your patrons safe from a toothy demise. The better you run your park, the more Victory Points you’ll score!

You might face some visitor deaths along the way, but don’t worry - as long as your park is “safer” than your competitors’, it won’t hurt your score!

Dinosaur Island: Rawr 'n Write

In Dinosaur Island: Rawr 'n Write, your goal is to build the best dang dinosaur theme park you can! You do this by collecting DNA to make Dinosaurs, hiring Specialists to use their unique abilities, and building Attractions and special Buildings to enhance your visitor experience.

However, Dinosaurs are dangerous, and if you don't put some effort into keeping your park secure, you might just "lose track" of some of your visitors... 

All of your progress (and missteps!) will be marked on your Park sheets, where you draw the layout of your park, store and spend resources, and record your progress. At the end of the game, you each score your performance, and whoever has the highest score wins!

Disclaimer, your closest local game store may not have the games yet. We recommend contacting them before you make the trip to the store to ask if they can notify you when the games are in stock.

Why is this disclaimer needed? Well, shipping logistics are still completely bonkers! We are seeing even more expensive shipping costs and even longer shipping times.

If we were to wait until we reached a date where all game stores in the US were able to have the games on their shelves, we'd probably be waiting for another month (or longer!). For now, we've found that "sell upon receipt" is the best course of action for us and game stores.
