Anja Lugo - Convention Specialist

Anja has been the demo lead for our team for over a year and has extensive knowledge of in-person and digital conventions. You'll see her at conventions, making sure everything is running smoothly!

Game demoer turned Convention Specialist, Anja has a passion for boardgames and loves helping non-gamers find a space in the hobby, for which her friends tagged her as the board game whisperer. She fosters safe and welcoming spaces, and enjoys talking about all things food, travel, games, and pets.

Jake Smith - Customer Service

Any time you reach out to support, Jake will be there to help answer your questions, send out replacement pieces, and make sure you have an excellent gaming experience!

Jake may be newer to the board game industry but they’re no stranger to providing exemplary customer service, having extensive experience in the world of hospitality and tech support. When they’re not answering customer inquiries you can find them playing video games, cooking in the kitchen, or visiting Disney with their partners.
