Operations Manager
Position Summary
Pandasaurus Games is seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day execution of the company's global supply chain and marketplace operations — from print runs with overseas manufacturing partners through international freight, a multi-region 3PL network, order flow to distributors and retailers, and the company's Amazon business. Reporting to the Owner and working closely with the Production & Logistics Coordinator, the Operations Manager keeps a 40+ title catalog in stock, on schedule, and accurately accounted for across the US, Canada, UK/EU, and Australia/New Zealand. The role is scoped for growth: for the right candidate, it is designed to expand into a Director of Operations position as strategic responsibilities are earned.

Track production milestones across concurrent projects; identify schedule risks early and drive resolution with vendors.
-
Maintain landed cost tracking by title and print run.
Freight, Fulfillment, and Inventory

Book and manage ocean and domestic freight, customs clearance, and inbound delivery scheduling to fulfillment partners.

Manage day-to-day relationships with the company's 3PL

Organize and coordinate outbound shipments from the company's US fulfillment partner, including shipments to retail stores, direct retail orders, and Amazon inbound shipments; enter orders manually where required.

-
Reconcile inventory records in the company's inventory management system (Katana) against fulfillment partner counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
-
Monitor inventory levels across all locations and sales channels; flag stockout and overstock risk with lead-time-aware recommendations.
Distribution and Marketplace Operations
-
Manage order flow and fulfillment performance with the company's distribution partners, including fill rates, ship windows, and new-release allocations.
-
Build and maintain Amazon product listings; run day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, including FBA inbound shipments, inventory health, and issue resolution.
-
Coordinate fulfillment across the company's consumer and direct-to-retailer Shopify stores.
-
Monitor online resellers for MAP (minimum advertised price) compliance and execute the company's enforcement process.
-
Monitor marketplaces for counterfeit and unauthorized listings and pursue takedowns through Amazon Brand Registry and equivalent channels.
Financial and Administrative Operations
-
Prepare, enter, and reconcile vendor bill payments, with payment release subject to Owner approval.
-
Generate, review, and correct distributor invoicing, including cleanup of invoicing errors in the company's inventory management system.
-
Maintain accurate transaction records to support monthly reconciliation and reporting.
Reporting and Planning Support
-
Prepare weekly inventory and operations reporting covering stock positions, in-transit inventory, fill rates, open orders, and stockout risk.
-
Support ownership's demand planning and reprint decisions with accurate, current operational data. (Reprint authorization and vendor strategy remain with the Owner.)
-
Document operational processes and maintain shared production and logistics trackers.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
-
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production, or operations roles involving physical goods.

-
Exceptional attention to detail, including accurate manual order and financial data entry, and demonstrated ability to manage detailed, deadline-driven trackers across multiple concurrent projects.
-
Strong spreadsheet skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including vendor-facing correspondence across time zones.
-
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in the tabletop game, toy, or consumer products industries
