Order Policies

Replacement Policy:

Replacement requests must be submitted to support@pandasaurusgames.com within 6 months of in-store Store (brick and mortar shop) purchase date or online delivery date.


Replacement requests must include a receipt/proof of purchase for new items only. Replacement requests will not be approved if the item was acquired in used/not new condition, or if its components have been lost misplaced. We only replace qualifying items if they are defective or damaged. Items with small
cosmetic imperfections will not be replaced.



Once an item is 'out of print', replacement components for that item may not be available in inventory and your request may be denied.


Boxes, inserts, and rulebooks are not eligible for replacement.

Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 10 days starting from the day your order is delivered. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and in shrink wrap. Additionally, you must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Please contact us at support@pandasaurusgames.com to inquire if you are eligible for a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week (7 days).

Sale items are not qualified to be returned and/or refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you would like to, you can contact support@pandasaurusgames.com to begin to process a return when you receive your order.

 

Address Update Policy:

If you place an order and realize there was an error in the address, please contact us immediately at support@pandasaurusgames.com with the correction. We do not guarantee we will be able to update the address as the information is immediately sent to our warehouse upon checkout, and our Customer Support hours are M-Th, 9-5pm CST. Orders that had incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
