Replacement requests must be submitted to email@example.com within 90 days of in-store Store (brick and mortar shop) purchase date or online delivery date.
Replacement requests must include a receipt/proof of purchase for new items only. Replacement requests will not be approved if the item was acquired in used/not new condition, or if its components have been lost misplaced. We only replace qualifying items if they are defective or damaged.
Once an item is 'out of print', replacement components for that item may not be available in inventory and your request may be denied.
Boxes and rulebooks are not eligible for replacement.
