Faraway: Beyond the Veil

This item is releasing on October 14. Any in-stock items ordered with it will not ship until then.

This expansion requires a copy of Faraway to play.

The ancient Spirits of Alula have slept for thousands of years, and now they're stirring. Beyond the Veil adds 13 Spirit cards to Faraway, the game where you explore a strange, shifting continent one card at a time and then score your journey backwards, from your last stop to your first.

Two Spirits are always face up for everyone to see, and each one asks for something specific, like three Town regions or four Stones. Meet a Spirit's condition after you play your card, and you can claim it and tuck it under that region. When that region is scored, the Spirit adds bonus points and extra resources. Only two are up for grabs at a time, so every turn becomes a quiet race to get there first.
